Submitting an order through croma.ca constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm availability and the order total within 24 hours. No contract of sale is formed until we send written confirmation and you complete the e-transfer payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock, geography, or compliance.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation. Payment is processed via Interac e-transfer to the email address we provide after confirmation. We do not request, store, or process credit card or banking information on our site.
Croma ships within Canada only. Standard shipping is $20 CAD on orders under $300 and free on orders of $300 or more. Customers within the Kelowna area pay a reduced $5 rate on orders under $300. Delivery is by Canada Post and timing depends on your province. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, transit time and handling are outside our direct control.
We replace products confirmed lost or destroyed in transit by Canada Post at no cost to you. Damaged products must be reported with photographs within 48 hours of arrival to qualify for a replacement.
We do not refund or replace products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored outside the conditions printed on the label.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before e-transfer payment is sent. After payment, cancellation depends on whether the parcel has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at cromapeptides@gmail.com.
We package and label parcels discreetly, with no Croma branding or product information on the outer packaging. This is a service we offer to protect our customers’ privacy. It is not a guarantee against customs inspection, lawful interception, or other legal processes that may apply to parcels in transit.
